linux-nokia-n900: update to latest stable kernel (MR 2964)

- update to kernel 5.15.25 stable
- add TUN as module, fixes pma#1435
- drop fully-upstreamed patches (lp55xx)
- add iio support for lis302dl (will send upstream)
- update N900 dts for lis302dl over iio (will send upstream)
- assign higher priority to patches from kernel.org (resolves pmb#2107)

[ci:skip-build] already built successfully in CI
