device-shift-axolotl: depend on fwupd and friends (MR 3457)

The SHIFT6mq (axolotl) now supports updating the bootloader via
the new android-boot fwupd plugin.

A big shoutout and heartfelt "Thank You!" to Dylan for working
on this plugin and upstreaming it.
