samsung-gtelwifi: new device (MR 1355)
This patch adds basic support for the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6" (SM-T560). Current status: Kernel builds successfully, flashing boot.img works along with ssh.

sprdfb_check_var() has two problems:

I) it is not buffering-aware, which all Spreadtrum devices use;

II) it checks values that are already in yres_virtual, not those that we
